Leadership Team

Craig Miller
President
A veteran of the wine and spirits industry since 1981, Craig has held leadership roles at Chateau Ste. Michelle, Allied Domecq, and J. Lohr, where he was instrumental in driving national account programs to over 100,000 cases. In 2016, he returned to Ste. Michelle Wine Estates to direct regional account development across the United States. Currently, Craig is the founder of The Miller Collections (est. 2021), a national agency connecting global wineries and distilleries with major U.S. retail and hospitality chains.

Lou Constant
Executive Vice President, Sales
A hospitality veteran with a lifelong passion for the industry, Lou built his foundation managing high-volume operations for Marriott International, eventually overseeing wine procurement as Corporate Wine Director for the NY Region. Transitioning to the supplier side with Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, he rose to Vice President of Global Accounts, where he led a top-tier national sales team and directed international export strategies. In 2025, Lou leveraged this comprehensive background in operations and executive sales to join The Miller Collections as a Partner.

Scott Watson
Director of Sales, East Region
Scott grew up in the restaurant business and built his career across distribution and supplier leadership in the beverage industry. He began with Southern Wine & Spirits in New York before moving into the Hotel & Resort Division in Orlando. In 2016, he joined Sazerac and went on to lead brand growth across the Northeast, helping scale Empress 1908 Gin and Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur. He now leads East Region sales for The Miller Collections.

Joe Aschbacher
Director of Sales, West Region
Joe is an accomplished sales leader with 35 years of experience in the hospitality sector, spanning national on-premise accounts and wholesale distribution. He began his career with Young’s Market Company before joining Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, where he held several senior leadership roles, driving growth for premium and luxury brands. Joe currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Partner at Wildwood Spirits Co., where he leads all aspects of the growing Washington craft distillery while managing the West Coast business for The Miller Collections.
